Add a group

  1. Navigate to the Groups tab
  2. Click the Add New Group button
  3. Enter the name for your group
    The name can be changed later if required
  4. Choose the co-branded site for your group
    You may only have one co-branded site available. This selection cannot be changed after the group has been created.
  5. Choose the services that you'd like for this group
    The service selections cannot be changed (although the service settings can be changed) after the group has been created.
  6. Choose your police check service details (if selected)
    Check type and Reason for check and Place of work need to be specified in the same way as your co-branded sites and start forms. If you're unsure then please contact your account manager.
    Renewals is the renewal period for your police checks
  7. Choose your right-to-work check service details (if selected)
    There are two renewal periods, for citizens and also for visa lookups (using the VEVO service). For visa lookups, these are often run in the background without needing candidate interaction. There may be cases where additional lookups are run to maintain compliance.
  8. Double-check your selections and then click the Save button
