Police checks are supported using the subscription system. The default renewal period is every 2 years, but other periods can be selected if required.

When setting up your group you need to choose the check type (employment, volunteer, etc) as well as the reason for check and place of work selections. If the selected co-branded site has these options fixed then they'll be fixed for the group selections too.

Results can be returned as either a NDCO (pass) or a DCO (fail).

As part of our ACIC compliance requirements, the result summaries are required to be cleared after 12 months, in which case they will show as "purged" status instead.
