If a check gets cancelled (e.g. Unable To Process) then the service for the subscription which requested this check will be made inactive automatically. This will occur regardless of the cause of the cancellation: dashboard, staff, api, etc.

Only the service which was cancelled will be affected. If there are other services on the subscription (e.g. both police and rtw) then the other services will not be affected.

You can re-activate the service if required. This is done within your integration dashboard.
