Data updates

When a subscription is first created or migrated the initial personal details and contact details are specified. These details are stored as a part of the subscription record. These personal details are used for the inviting of new checks as a part of subscription processing.

If a check is updated by the candidate with new details, these are then provided back to the subscription system and the subscription record will be updated with the new details.

Updated fields include:

  • First, middle, and last names
  • Date of birth
  • Gender
  • Email address and mobile number

For contact details (email and mobile) the contact confirmation is also stored. This means that candidates will skip the contact confirm step for subsequent checks. If the contact details are modified then the confirmation will be wiped.
