New accounts can have to wait for approval to make use of various third-party services, such as ACIC for police checks.

During this time you can set up your groups and subscriptions, but the check processing will be on hold until the services have been approved.

Once the services are approved the subscription system turns on automatically (within a few minutes of approval) and the invites for your subscriptions will start being sent straight away.
