Send a reminder

For applicants that have not finished their check you can send a reminder email with a link for them to continue their check.


  1. Navigate to the Manage tab
  2. Search for the check, then click on the check row
  3. Click the Send Reminder button
  4. Confirm the reminder sending by clicking the green Send Reminder button
    If you do not want to send a reminder, simply return to the Overview tab
  5. A reminder will be sent via email
