Check renewals

The renewals system is an easy way to keep your checks up-to-date. You can specify how often you'd like to renew checks, such as every 3 months up to every 2 years.

When a check is renewed, a new invite is sent to the candidate requesting that they complete a new check.

Renewing checks

  1. Navigate to the Renewals tab
  2. Check the boxes of the police checks to renew
  3. Click the Approve Checks button to renew these checks.

Removing checks from the renewal list

  1. Navigate to the Renewals tab
  2. Check the boxes of the police checks to remove from the renewlas list
  3. Click the Reject Checks button to remove these checks from the list
