Webhook log

  1. Navigate to the Webhook Log tab
  2. A list of your recent webhook events are shown
  3. You can filter the list using the refine options at the top then click the Search button
Note that if choosing the Legacy Result event then the field for choosing a registered webhook must be on the Any option as legacy webhooks are not available in the webhook registrations dropdown selection.
  4. Click on a log entry for more information
  5. The webhook details are shown
Various webhook details are shown including metadata, url, request headers, request payload, and response details and payload.

Re-fire webhook

There may be a reason to trigger a webhook again, such as if the processing failed or for development and testing purposes.

  1. Use the search tools to find the webhook log entry, then click the log entry
  2. Click the Re-Fire Webhook button
The page may take a while to load as the webhook payload is sent and processed by your server.
If the page times out (e.g. a HTTP 502 error) then use the back button to return to the integration dashboard. Your webhook is still being sent in the background.
