Connecting to BambooHR

  1. Navigate to the Integrations tab
  2. Find the BambooHR integration and click the Connect button
  3. Provide your BambooHR subdomain
    Once you provide your subdomain, use the Continue button to proceed to the BambooHR login page.
  4. Login to BambooHR
    If you are already logged into BambooHR in your current browser session, The process may automatically proceed to step 5.
  5. Set up the police check settings
    When the selected whitelabel site has at least one forced reason/place of work, you will need to select an option from the dropdown menus. All checks started through BambooHR will use the selected reason/place of work. When there is no forced reason/place of work set on the selected whitelabel site, the reason and place of work will be fetched from the BambooHR applicant record when the check is started.
  6. Map the required "statuses" from your BambooHR account.

  7. Click the Connect button to link your account
    You can now order police checks from directly within BambooHR.
