Q4 2024 - New Contracts

Please carefully read this step-by-step guide to NCC new ACIC agreement execution process.

ACIC is requiring all organisations wishing to access the National Police Checks System (NPCS) sign the 'Customer terms of Use' agreement.

The Agreement needs to be executed by an 'Authorised Representative' and a witness. National Crime Checks online signature system will allow for this process.

*an Authorised Representative can be a HR, Recruiting or duty manager or other senior representative that understands your company's privacy policy.

The last day for access to the NPCS is 31st December 2024. If the ACIC Access Agreement has not been signed, then NCC will be required to restrict access to Australian Police Checks in your dashboard.
