National Crime Check migrated all legacy client portal accounts to post-paid billing. This occured throughout September and October 2022. Clients using the co-branded solution are not affected by this change.

When your account is migrated to post-paid billing, you will no longer need to pre-purchase credits for your account. Instead, you can simply add and submit checks as needed, and receive invoices at the end of each month.

If you have previously purchased credits, these will be used up prior to the invoiced billing commencing. After your account has been migrated to post-paid billing, you will not be able to purchase credits.

You do not need to do anything as part of this migration.
