Enter the identity provider details

Identity provider details might be available as metadata file or as a metadata url or by entering the fields directly.

You can use any ONE of these three methods to configure the identity provider.

Using a metadata file

  1. Return to the integration dashboard SSO tab
  2. In the Identity Provider section, choose the Upload metadata file option
  3. Select the file using the browse button
  4. Choose the permissions which are available for single sign-on users
    These permissions will be used for a "default" role. You can modify this role or create additional roles later.
  5. Click the Enable Single-Sign-On button

Using a metadata url

  1. Return to the integration dashboard SSO tab
  2. In the Identity Provider section, choose the Enter metadata url option
  3. Paste the Metadata URL
  4. Choose the permissions which are available for single sign-on users
    These permissions will be used for a "default" role. You can modify this role or create additional roles later.
  5. Click the Enable Single-Sign-On button

Entering the fields directly

  1. Return to the integration dashboard SSO tab
  2. In the Identity Provider section, choose the Enter details option
  3. Enter in the details into the fields
    You need to provide values for all three fields.
  4. Choose the permissions which are available for single sign-on users
    These permissions will be used for a "default" role. You can modify this role or create additional roles later.
  5. Click the Enable Single-Sign-On button
