4. Enter business details

  1. Enter details about your business
Enter your ABN and use the ABN lookup button (highlighted in image above) to autofill your business name. Your legal entity name must exactly match your ABN registration; the search tool should fill this for you automatically.
  2. Enter the friendly name for your account
You also provide the friendly name for your account. This will be visible to your staff, to the NCC team, and also to your candidates. If your legal entity name is a trust (e.g. Trustee of the The John Example Family Trust) then you will need to update the friendly name (e.g. Example Computing).
  3. Enter your business address
The address you enter must be the physical address of your primary location (head office). If your postal address is the same as your office address, mark the tick box between the address boxes.
  4. Enter your website details
Enter the URL of your business' website into the Website field.
Enter a subdomain that will be used by your candidates to conduct their police checks. You can preview the subdomain in the display image underneath the Subdomain field. If you used the ABN lookup tool above, the Subdomain field may already have a value in it. You are free to change this value if you would prefer a different subdomain.
Provide a logo (optional) for your business. This logo will be shown to candidates that access your whitelabel site to conduct their checks.
  5. Select a few settings for handling of results and payments
The Results dispatch setting allows you to choose who gets the results of checks conducted. Regardless of which option you choose, results for checks will always be accessible through our Integration Dashboard.
If you choose Client for the Results dispatch setting, you will need to specify an email address to send results to.
The Payments setting allows you to specify who pays for each check conducted through your whitelabel site.
