Check record creation

Please note that the check record is created (and check id allocation) is after the candidate has clicked the link and filled in the first screen containing the basic details of the check.

For police checks the start form contains the full legal name, email address, mobile number, the check type, and trhe reason for check. Some or all of these details may be prefilled by the invite system.

After the candidate has clicked the link AND submitted the form, then the check record is created.
